We will do our best to get you on the treadmill as fast as we can! All our orders are shipped with love from Montreal, Quebec.  


  • Free by Regular Mail for all orders over $100 CAD: allow 2 to 8 business days - (excluding special offers and before applicable taxes)  
  • $ 15 CAD Regular Mail: allow 2 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  
  • $ 22 CAD - Priority Post: allow 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  
  • $ 25 CAD - Overnight: allow 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 
  • Store Pick-up FREE: Buy online and pick-up in store at your convenience at anytime! Don’t forget to have your payment confirmation email and a valid identity card in hand (merchandise will not be released without this information). 
  • Louwana Creek Gift Cards are sent to their destination with no charge! 

U.S or International orders are available BY PHONE upon request. 30 $ FLAT FEE : Please contact Customer Care at 1-844-LOUWANA or 1-514-273-3959, we will gladly assist you the best way possible. Please note that we do not offer exchange or refunds on U.S. and International orders. 

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped on the next business day between Monday and Friday (excepting Canadian Holidays) 

All orders are processed in CAD and are subject to GST 5% at checkout.

You changed your mind? No trouble, it’s easy! 

You will be refunded once we receive the unworn item in perfect condition, in its original package and with all tags attached.  Please note that we can only offer refunds at this time but will be happy to exchange your merchandise for you in store. If you wish to exchange a size or a style, you will need to place a new order online for your new item. 


You might have changed your mind, but no worries someone else will love it instead! 

We appreciate that you try on your new gear with great CARE and always wear under garments when doing so.  


Sorry! Some merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Water bottles, yoga mats, yoga towels, intimates, swimwear, and socks are final sale & cannot be returned. 


Orders not eligible for return or exchange: 

All items on sale, damaged or purchased with a PROMO CODE are FINAL SALE.

In store:  

  • Within 10 days of the delivery date (this includes post office deliveries): you can exchange your item in store or receive a refund to the original method of payment.  
  • After 10 days you may exchange your item in store or receive a merchandise credit. 
  • After 14 days, we unfortunately will not accept any returns or exchanges 


By Mail:   

Please contact Customer Care with your order number and we will be able to assist you with your return request. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. You will be notified by email once your refund as been credited to the original method of payment. 

  • Within 10 days of the shipping date: you can return your item to us by mail and receive a refund to the original method of payment (restriction applies). 
  • After 10 days you may return your item or receive a merchandise credit 
  • After 14 days, we unfortunately will not accept any returns or exchanges 
  • Shipping costs are not refundable 

Please note that all offers are subject to changes without notice. We work hard to bring you the best availabilities on all products. But our inventory can fluctuate quickly and do so at the same time as you are placing your online order. If for any unmanageable reason the item has been charged and is not available, you will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days.
